RailTech Software Systems is now offering space on all of our software for advertising messages, address information and website links to all suppliers and other companies that would like their messages seen! This unique opportunity is available for a very reasonable fee of only $250.00 per quarter. That comes out to only $83.33 per month! Each sponsor will have their name, company name, address, e-mail and website address appear at the bottom right of our main screen. If the user double clicks on the company name, your message of up to 250 characters will appear as shown below. If the user double clicks on the website address, then your website will automatically appear.
How it Works:
Each time a user uses a program and then returns to the main page, the business card at the bottom right changes to the next sponsor. Once at the bottom, it will then go back to the top. An average user could see over 100 movements or more of the business card on a daily bases. Our handheld units display the sponsor information as well. If a user wants to find a specific sponsor, they can press the pushbutton Sponsor at the bottom right and a screen appears with all sponsors in a pull-down. They simply select the sponsor they want and all information and links appear for that sponsor.
Why be a Sponsor?
That is simple; These are the very people that utilize your products. Not only the person that enters the billing repair cards, but those that do reports, enter inventory or anything else that pertains to the maintenance of a rail car. This also applies to the companies that use our Lease Management Systems, Invoice21, Rover21 and CarHire21 programs. We estimate that the entire fleet of our Lease Management System combined is in excess of 50,000 rail cars.
Who uses our Software
We have over 55 clients throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Some of those clients have multiple entities of railroads and contract shops combined as well as Lessee's, Lessor's and shippers. The current number of companies that our software creates billing repair cards for is now over 70. These are the very people that order inventory parts and other items, meaning that this is the exact audience that you want to see your message.
The lower right side of the screen displays the business card. If the user clicks on the company name, the message above appears. If the user clicks on the web site address, the internet connection goes directly to that website. If a user wants to find a specific sponsor, the he or she presses the push button Sponsors and the message shown below appears.
The Sponsor screen gives the user the ability to select a specific sponsor. Once selected all the information, including the sponsors message, appears on the screen. Just like the main menu, if the user click on the web site address then the internet connection takes them directly to that web site.
